Privacy Policy

Effective from 19 October 2026

This page explains, in plain words, what data doart.uk collects, why, and how you can control it. It is written with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR in mind.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Dmitry Nefedov, web designer and developer (DoART brand, doart.uk).
For any data question: design@doart.uk

2. What data I receive

When you send an enquiry (contact form, price calculator, pop-up form):

  • your name and the contact you provide (phone, e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp);
  • your answers in the form and any comment;
  • technical details of the enquiry: the page it was sent from, device type, site language, traffic source (for example a UTM tag) and time spent on the site.

When you message me directly via Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail — whatever you choose to send.

When you simply browse — anonymised visit statistics (only if you allow analytics cookies, see section 5) and standard hosting server logs (IP address, browser, time of request).

I do not collect special category data and do not ask you to provide it.

  • Hosting provider — runs the website and keeps server logs.
  • E-mail and messenger services we use to talk.

These services, and I, may process data outside the UK and the EEA. In such cases the safeguards provided by those services apply (for example, standard contractual clauses).

6. How long data is kept

  • Enquiries and messages that do not lead to a contract — up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Contract data — as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Google Analytics statistics — 14 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your cookie consent. Write to design@doart.uk — I will reply within one month, free of charge.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country. I would appreciate the chance to sort it out first — just write to me.

This site is intended for business owners and companies. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
