Effective from 19 October 2026
This page explains, in plain words, what data doart.uk collects, why, and how you can control it. It is written with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR in mind.
When you send an enquiry (contact form, price calculator, pop-up form):
When you message me directly via Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail — whatever you choose to send.
When you simply browse — anonymised visit statistics (only if you allow analytics cookies, see section 5) and standard hosting server logs (IP address, browser, time of request).
I do not collect special category data and do not ask you to provide it.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and a proposal | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; legitimate interest in answering enquiries |
| Deliver the work if we agree on it | Performance of a contract; accounting and tax obligations |
| Understand which pages are useful (Google Analytics) | Your consent — you can withdraw it at any time |
| Keep the site secure and working | Legitimate interest |
I do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share it for anyone else's marketing, or make automated decisions with legal effects.
These services, and I, may process data outside the UK and the EEA. In such cases the safeguards provided by those services apply (for example, standard contractual clauses).
On your first visit the site asks whether you allow analytics cookies. They are not set without your consent.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| pll_language | Necessary: remembers the site language | 1 year |
| dx_consent | Necessary: remembers your cookie choice (stored in your browser) | Until you clear your browser data |

If you decline, Google may receive anonymous cookieless signals (Consent Mode) that contain no identifiers that could recognise you.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your cookie consent. Write to design@doart.uk — I will reply within one month, free of charge.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country. I would appreciate the chance to sort it out first — just write to me.
This site is intended for business owners and companies. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
