A website for tutors and clubs: booking and payment without the chasing

A website for tutors or a kids’ club brings together your timetable, prices and online booking with payment. Parents choose a group and time, pay and get a reminder on their own. So you teach, rather than answer messages.

  • 24/7booking and payment without you
  • 0“any spaces left?” messages
  • RU · UA · ENa site in families’ languages
Sound familiar?

Booking by messages eats your evenings

While groups are small, booking via WhatsApp feels easy. But with every new family, there are more messages, transfers and reschedules.

Now
  • Parents message you on WhatsApp at 11 pm and wait for a reply
  • You chase payments and check bank transfers
  • Missed and moved lessons live in your head
  • New families can’t find you on Google
With a website
  • Parents choose a group and a free slot themselves
  • Card payment at booking, or a lesson pass
  • Reminders and confirmations go out automatically
  • Course pages show up in local search
How it works

How a website for tutors works

For example, a mum sees your post or finds you on Google. From then on, everything happens without you.

  1. 01Chooses a class

Courses are grouped by age and level, each with a price and a description.

  2. 02Sees free spaces

The timetable shows only real availability, so groups never get overbooked.

  3. 03Pays

A single lesson, a trial lesson or a pass. The money goes straight to your account.

  4. 04Gets a reminder

Confirmation arrives at once, and a reminder the day before the lesson. You get a booking notification too.

A London LEGO school takes bookings on its own

For Build & Learn Academy, I built a site with online booking, payments and a dashboard to run the school. Now parents choose a class, book their child and pay on their own. As a result, nobody has to manage bookings by hand.

FAQ

Questions about a website for tutors

Can I sell lesson passes and trial lessons?

Yes. You can sell single lessons, 4- or 8-lesson bundles and a trial lesson at its own price. Payment goes straight to your account.

Will it work if I teach online?

Yes. After payment, the parent gets a Zoom or Google Meet link for the lesson. So the site works for online lessons as well as in-person groups.

How do groups and spaces work?

You set the number of spaces for each group. When they run out, booking closes, and parents can join the waiting list.

Can I change the timetable and prices myself?

Yes. I’ll show you how. Changes usually take a couple of minutes and need no tech skills.

How long does it take to build?

A site with booking and payment is usually ready in 2–4 weeks. However, a lot depends on how quickly your texts, photos and timetable are ready.

What about children’s data?

The form collects only what’s needed for booking. In addition, the site has a privacy policy and parental consent in line with UK GDPR.
